An experienced consultant and long-term entrepreneurial advocate, Doug Locke has played an important client facing delivery role for hundreds of projects at companies spanning large to small and in diverse industry sectors. As a Director and member of the leadership team for Acquis Consulting Group, a thriving consultancy headquartered in New York City, Doug has played a leading role in the development of Acquis’s first sister company. Since late 2006 Acquis has helped nurture the development of several early stage companies, recently incorporating this practice area as its own entity called Solidea. Solidea’s mission is to help ‘Solid Ideas’, such as Saber Seven, reach their potential while bypassing many of the hurdles start-ups face. Doug has led the design and build of a proprietary methodology to support the full spectrum of emerging company service needs from idea conception through market deployment.
Doug brings practical application from his 15 years of consulting experience and topical knowledge from his advisory roles. Since his first meeting with the Saber Seven Executive Team, his support and energy has been unyielding. Doug offers a flexible support role to plug gaps and tackle emerging needs common in most growing companies, and is especially adept at tackling common obstacles associated with technology ventures. He looks forward to helping the Saber Seven team further build its brand and execute against this fantastic opportunity.
