Jordan English Gross : Chief Operating Officer, Founder

Jordan English Gross is the Principal and Chief Creative Strategist for the TLM Agency, a multidisciplinary marketing group. His expert and innovative design solutions have garnered him and his company multiple awards including the 2003 National ADDY for Interactive Communication. He is the youngest creative director to ever win this award.

Jordan is also the recipient of the Triple Ruby and has received various other distinguishments from the American Advertising Association, The American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the Print and Image Association of America. He is also the Author of the essay, The Journey Of Pradanar, which was published in 1998 and became a part of the NFL's national archive later that year. Jordan's new media promotional and live production work has been covered by sources such as ROLLINGSTONE, SPIN, MTV, VH1, and the Harvard School of Business.

Over the last 8 years, Jordan has led creative development for a series of blue chip fortune 500 companies, 2 national retailers, 3 Venture funded start up companies, and the Nation's largest youth based not for profit. Jordan recently helped ICH, who was recently listed in Fast Company as the 14th fastest growing privately held company, create a new online business called rentmoney. Jordan led the creation of content management systems, new database systems, business processes, and sales cycles. Jordan also was responsible for information architecture, user testing, and the identity for their new online business. At launch rentmoney's online registration was at 75% above initial projections.

After beginning his latest project, Saber Seven, Jordan has shifted TLM's primary focus to the development of a series of world class brands centered in Media, Technology, Communication, and Love. Jordan's passion is about communicating with the core of individuals. His long-term interests lie in the overlap of business, communication, and design. With every detail he strives to be a responsible and courageous mediator whose conceptions tell a story, unite with individuals, and resonate beyond the norm.

Jordan loves to travel. He has visited over 17 countries and dedicates his free time to raising awareness to the need to accessibility and knowledge in third world communities. He has created two documentary pieces in the Kalahari Desert and the Darien Rainforest.
